We have an over-the-top lineup this year featuring a growing list of Metaverse experts bringing answers to the question: "What is the Metaverse and what will it matter to me?"
As usual, IG2022 will feature the Taste of Uptown with food and beverages from Uptown's favorite eateries; innovation exhibit tables from ground-breaking startups and research organizations; and presentations of the Community Impact Awards and Jack A. Kolosky Healthcare Innovation Award.

Building a Soaring City at Uptown
Mark Sharpe started an experiment three years ago, involving remote work & full-bore commuting over 3,000 miles per week, which was conceived in part to provide an immersive experience in telecommuting and transit-oriented development.
It was an opportunity to immerse himself in Transit-Oriented Development – learning its strengths and weaknesses from every angle – experimenting with all variations of mobility all while sleeping on an Air BNB mattress.
